- I don’t have an MA. Is this ok?
- Yes! The TDF criteria don’t necessarily apply to OCF.
- Does this fellowship count as government or education funding? (HES language grants prohibit being used in tandem with that.)
The funding from TFD can and usually be considered as a non-profit organization funding Even there funding is 100% from the government, but since Taiwan doesn’t have much formal diplomacy relationship with most country in the world, its the way that how we use NGO entity to support civicl society aborad
