Pre-Meeting Notes

The funding from TFD can and usually be considered as a non-profit organization funding Even there funding is 100% from the government, but since Taiwan doesn't have much formal diplomacy relationship with most country in the world, its the way that how we use NGO entity to support civicl society aborad

Patrick Connollyttcat can you share the link to this?
ttcatNot sure which one i said earlier
ttcatOh, about this one, i think ehat i mean was most discuss in g0v is very well documented in hackpad, we just need someone to able to translate
    • How to start/run a g0v community

    • OCF thinks of g0v as "cooperation culture", not only civic tech
